What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be part of a structured team, reporting directly to the President/CEO and collaborating with Project Coordinators, Field Superintendents, and Crew Leads to ensure flawless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate Estimating: Leverage tools like Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, and Asana to craft precise budgets and proposals.

  • Materials Expertise: Manage labor, materials, and equipment for systems like Nichiha, CeraClad, Knightwall, RMAX insulation, ACM panels, ALPOLIC, and extruded aluminum siding.

  • Project Oversight: Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Project Coordination, and clients to ensure seamless execution.

  • Problem Solving: Address challenges with efficiency and creativity, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Leadership: Guide field teams on installation techniques for rainscreen systems, furring systems, and advanced cladding solutions.

What You Bring to the Table:

For Experienced Professionals:

  • Proven track record of 3+ years in estimating and managing cladding systems, shop drawings, and project execution.

  • Familiarity with brands like Nichiha, CeraClad, Knightwall, and ALPOLIC.

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

For Rising Talent:

  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, G-Suite, and Bluebeam.

Installer

As an Installer - (crew member), you will travel in teams all over the continental United States installing commercial exterior rain-screen cladding systems.

Ideal candidates will:

  • Have the ability to travel and temporarily reside at the project site for extended periods of time, all expenses are covered by Company (hotels, per diems, travel pay)

  • Have the ability to lift and carry 60 lbs

  • 1-5 years of carpentry or construction experience (preferred) or we can train you for a great career

  • Exhibit and promote a “Can- Do” Attitude

  • Opportunity for advancement, and lead your own crew of installers

  • Be self-motivated and a team player

  • Veterans are encouraged to apply!
